Welcome to the Relapy platform (relapy.com) (the “Platform”). Relapy LLC (collectively “the Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) provides this Platform for your personal use. We operate the Platform, through which Experts who serve as network participants can be matched with you (“the Client”) for the purpose of providing relationship advice, coaching, and support (“the Services”) to those Clients.
YOUR PRIVACY AND THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is very important to us. We have designed this Privacy Policy to make important disclosures about how you can use the Platform and how we collect and use your information. This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and thus, by accepting our Terms & Conditions you are confirming your understanding of, and agreeing to the terms outlined in, this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to some or all of the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to access or use the Platform or the Services and should not use the Platform or the Services. INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE
You understand that the Services require release of your personal information to an Expert and one or more Company agents. Details regarding our privacy practices, including permitted uses and/or disclosures of your personal information, can be found in this Privacy Policy. Any information, material, comments, or other communication submitted to us will be treated as confidential and will not otherwise be disclosed to third parties unless the Company is required by law to do so. Any personal information collected and received via form submission or email is submitted voluntarily by you and may be used to communicate with you as necessary.
To allow us to operate the Platform and to allow you to use the Services, we may have to collect some of your personal information, including but not limited to, your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, billing and payment information, log data (such as your computer, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, a record of pages that you visit and the amount of time spent on those pages, actions you take on the Platform, and other related metrics), and information related to the Services you utilize through the Platform. You may decide which information, if any, you would like to share with use, but some functions of the Platform may not be available to you without you providing us with the necessary information. By deciding to provide us with such information, you are agreeing to our methods of collection and use, as well as to other terms and provisions of this Privacy Policy.
Likewise, you agree not to provide any information that: (a) is false, inaccurate, defamatory, abusive, libelous, unlawful, obscene, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, pornographic, or harmful, or that could encourage criminal or unethical behavior; (b) violates or infringes the privacy, copyright, trademark, trade dress, trade secrets, or intellectual property rights of any person or entity; or (c) contains or transmits a virus or any other harmful component.
Protecting your information is important to us. We will never sell or rent any information you have shared in connection with your use of the Platform and Services. Other than in the limited ways detailed in this Privacy Policy, we will never use or disclose any of your information unless you have specifically and explicitly requested or approved us to do so.
Your information may be used for the following purposes:
- To create your account on the Platform and to allow you to log into your account and to use the Platform;
- To manage your account on the Platform, to provide you with customer support, and to ensure you are receiving quality Services via the Platform;
- To contact you and/or to provide you with information, alerts, and suggestions that are related to your use of the Platform and Services;
- For billing and payment related purposes;
- To allow an Expert to communicate with you and/or the appropriate authorities, if the Expert has a good reason to believe that you or any other person may be in danger or may be either the cause or the victim of a criminal act;
- To facilitate your connection with an Expert who can provide the Services via the Platform;
- To enable and facilitate an Expert providing the Services to you via the Platform;
- To measure and improve the effectiveness of the Platform and its ability to facilitate Experts providing the Services;
- To conduct market research;
- To market the Platform and the Services.
Upon request, we can provide you with access to a description of the information that we maintain about you. Relapy uses industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our Platform. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, such as photos, audio recordings, and videos (“IP Content”), you specifically grant Relapy a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP Content that you post on or in connection with your use of the Platform (a “IP License”). This IP License ends when you delete your IP Content or your account, unless your IP Content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it. This does not apply to photos, audio recordings, or videos shared only with an Expert who is providing the Services to you via the Platform.
When you delete IP Content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that deleted content may continue to exist in backup copies of the Platform, for a reasonable period of time, but when in that form it will not be available to others.
COMMUNICATIONS
As part of providing the Services, we may need to provide you with certain communications, such as appointment reminders, service announcements, and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Services and related to your account with the Platform. The Company will not include your personal information in any such communications, though the Company may include your personal information when contacting you directly via a secure message service. The Company cannot secure any personal information sent to us by email because such information can be accessed by other internet users. If you choose to send your personal information by email, you acknowledge and agree that email is a non-secure means of communication. Information relating to the Services you receive, including notes and records, are maintained by the Expert and not by the Company.
From time to time, we will send marketing-related email communications related to the Platform and the Services. You may opt out of receiving such marketing communications by using the “Unsubscribe” link provided in all such communications.
COOKIES, WEB BEACONS, AND IP ADDRESSES
Like many web-based platforms, we use “cookies” and “web beacons” to collect information. A “cookie” is a small data file that is transferred to your device’s hard drive for recordkeeping purposes. A “web beacon” is a tiny image, placed on a webpage or in an email communication, that can report your visit or use. We use cookies and web beacons to enable the technical operation of the Platform, to facilitate your login to your account, and to collect certain data. You can change your device browser’s settings so it will stop accepting cookies or will prompt you before accepting a cookie. However, if you do not accept cookies you may not be able to use the Platform. The Platform also may include the use of cookies and web beacons of services owned or provided by third parties that are not covered by our Privacy Policy. We may also use third party cookies for the purposes of web analytics, attribution, and error management. You acknowledge that we do not have access or control over these cookies and web beacons.
As a general practice, we also collect IP addresses. IP addresses are used to identify the location of users, to block disruptive use, and to analyze and improve the Services offered via our Platform. Certain information is needed to provide you with the Services, so we only delete this information after you delete your account.
Some forms of processing (sending promotional information, commercial profiling, behavioral advertising, geo-location, etc.) may require the express consent of the User. Specific information may be shown on the pages of the Site in connection with particular services or processing of Data provided by the Site User.
MOBILE DEVICES
The Platform is available to you through many different types of mobile devices. We provide our connection to such mobile devices for free. However, your mobile device carrier’s normal rates and fees (e.g., for text messaging) may still apply.
SOCIAL AND GENERAL INFORMATION TOOLS
We use certain publicly available tools and information exchange resources, including, but not limited to, a blog, a Facebook page, a Twitter account, and others (collectively referred to herein as our “Social and General Information Tools”). Any information you provide or share while using any of our Social and General Information Tools may be read, accessed, and/or collected by that resource and users of that resource according to their Privacy Policy.
PHISHING
Online identity theft and account hacking, including the practice currently known as “phishing,” are of great concern. At all times, you should be diligent when you are being asked for your account information and you must always make sure you provide such information within our secure system. We will never request your account information (including your login or your payment information) in any non-secure or unsolicited communication (e.g., email, telephone, or otherwise).

The Platform may contain links to external websites, services, or offers which are owned, operated, or maintained by third parties. If you click on any third party link accessible via the Platform, you will be directed to that third party resource. The fact that we link to a third party resource is not an endorsement, authorization, or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of that third party’s privacy or information security policies and practices. We do not have control over any third party resources, nor do we have control over their privacy or information security policies and practices.
SECURITY
Your use of any Internet-based platform or service carries certain, inherent security risks that cannot be absolutely prevented. However, our systems, infrastructure, encryption technology, operations, and processes are all designed, built, and maintained with your privacy and security in mind. We strive to comply with industry standards and best practices to prevent any unauthorized access, use, and disclosure of your information. We strive to comply with or exceed all applicable federal and state laws regarding data privacy and security.
THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
We engage third party companies and individuals to facilitate the operation of our Platform, which may include performance of certain tasks related to the Platform such as videoconferencing capability and/or appointment scheduling, or the provision of Platform-related audit, legal, operational, and/or other services such as customer service, technical maintenance, monitoring, email management and communication, database management, billing and payment processing, and/or reporting and analytics. In connection with these third parties, we will share with them only the minimum necessary information to perform their tasks for us, and only will share such information after entering into appropriate confidentiality agreements. However, this Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect through the Platform and in electronic communications sent through or in connection with the Platform. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by any third party. When you click on links on the Platform you may leave the Platform, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other third party websites and/or platforms. PRIVACY OF MINORS
Per our Terms & Conditions, individuals under thirteen (13) years of age are not permitted to access or use the Platform or the Services or to agree to our Terms & Conditions, even if a parent or guardian would be willing to provide consent. The Platform is not directed and is not intended to be used by individuals under the age of 13. If you are aware that we have collected any personal information from an individual under the age of 13, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete that information.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction. Regardless of where your data is stored, it will be maintained securely as outlined in this Privacy Policy. Your consent to our Terms & Conditions, followed by your submission of such information, represents your agreement to such transfers.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT
We cooperate with federal and state government and law enforcement officials to enforce and comply with all relevant laws. - To perform our obligations in accordance with any contract that we may have with you;

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
As a Client, and while you are using the Platform and/or the Services, you will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on Relapy.com.
You will not collect other Clients’ content or information, or otherwise access Relapy.com, using automated means (e.g., harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission.
You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any other Client.
You will not post content that is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
You will not provide any false personal information on Relapy.com, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission. You will not create more than one personal profile.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy at our sole discretion. The Effective Date of this Privacy Policy appears at the top of this page. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy for the latest information regarding our privacy and security practices. Regardless of changes to our Privacy Policy, we will never use the personal information you provide under an existing version of this Privacy Policy in a new way without first notifying you and giving you the option to opt out.
